1. Booking and confirmation

A tour is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) listing the date, time, group size, language and price. Verbal or implied bookings are not binding.

2. Pricing

Prices are quoted in USD, EUR and INR using the mid-market rate at quote time. Monument entry fees, optional meals, and tips for drivers are not included unless explicitly listed. All prices include GST where applicable.

3. Payment

For day tours: payment in cash on the day of the tour, in any accepted currency (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, INR). For multi-day Golden Triangle and custom itineraries: a 25% advance to confirm hotels and drivers, balance on day one of the tour.

4. Cancellation

Day tours: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour start. Full advance refund (if any).
Multi-day tours: Free cancellation up to 7 days before. 50% refund 3-7 days. No refund within 72 hours, except for documented medical or flight-disruption emergencies.
Force majeure: If the Taj Mahal closes (Friday or unforeseen government order), or your flight is cancelled, we reschedule at no charge or refund 100% — your choice.

5. Liability

We carry standard tourism liability insurance. We are not responsible for: (a) personal injury caused by traveller negligence at heritage sites; (b) loss of belongings due to traveller carelessness; (c) delays caused by traffic, weather, or government action. We strongly recommend personal travel insurance.

6. Photography

Phone photos taken during the tour are free and yours to keep. With your consent, we may use 1-2 anonymised photos on social media to promote our work. Tell us in advance if you do not consent — no questions asked.

7. Conduct

India has dress-code conventions at religious sites. Our guide will brief you. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund in cases of harassment, intoxication, or behaviour that endangers staff or fellow travellers.

8. Disputes

Any dispute is governed by the laws of India and subject to courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — message us first.
