All car hire is chauffeur-driven. Self-drive rentals in India require an International Driving Permit, deposit cards in INR, and local insurance you almost certainly don't want to navigate on your trip. Every driver on our roster is government-licensed, background-verified, and speaks functional English. You ride; they drive.
Yes — this page is exactly that. "Guide + Cab" includes a licensed monument guide; "Car Hire" is the driver and vehicle only. Many independent travellers prefer this for airport transfers, business trips, or when they're using a different guide service inside the monuments. You can always add a guide later by message.
By the day, with 8 hours and 80 km of in-city driving included. Extra mileage is ₹14/km for sedans, ₹18 for SUVs; extra hours are ₹150/hr sedan, ₹200 SUV. Inter-city trips (Delhi-Agra, Agra-Jaipur, etc.) are flat-rate, published in USD on this page. No "surge" pricing, ever.
Yes — Delhi IGI Airport pickups run 24/7 at a flat $29 (sedan, up to 50 km). Driver waits inside the arrivals hall with a printed name placard. Night-time pickups have no extra surcharge — the published rate is the published rate, regardless of arrival hour. Send your flight number on WhatsApp once you've booked.
Yes — multi-day bookings are our most-asked package. A 5-day Golden Triangle car hire (Delhi → Agra → Fatehpur Sikri → Jaipur → Delhi) is typically $349 / €320 / ₹29,000 in a sedan, $449 / €410 / ₹37,500 in an SUV, all inclusive of toll, parking, driver allowance and fuel. You add only monument tickets and meals.
Every vehicle carries comprehensive third-party insurance (statutory in India) plus our agency's commercial-passenger cover up to ₹15,00,000 per passenger. The drivers are on our payroll, not contractors — meaning we underwrite their behaviour. Send us your travel insurance if you'd like us to cross-name us as an authorised carrier.
Both are published — USD is what foreign travellers see, INR is what locals see. Pay in either, at the same Google mid-market rate, on the last day of the trip. Cash (USD/EUR/GBP/AUD/INR), UPI for Indians, or Wise/Revolut transfer to our INR account. No upfront deposit on bookings under 7 days.
Free reschedule on flight delays — message us your new ETA and we shift the driver. Cancellations more than 24 hours out are free. Inside 24 hours we charge the driver's lost day (a flat ₹2,000 for a sedan, ₹3,000 for SUV) — never the full fare. For genuine emergencies, we waive it.
